Che Kung Miu (traditional Chinese: 車公廟; simplified Chinese: 车公庙; pinyin: Chēgōng Miào; Jyutping: ce1 gung1 miu6), also called Che Kung Temple, are temples dedicated to Che Kung, who was a general during the Southern Song dynasty (1127–1279) in imperial China. He is believed by some worshipers to have been involved in the attempt to keep the Song state alive by bringing Prince Ping and his brother to the South.

Hong Kong Heritage Museum is a public museum of history, art and culture in Sha Tin, Hong Kong, located beside the Shing Mun River. The museum opened on 16 December 2000. It is managed by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the Hong Kong Government. The six permanent exhibits and the original temporary exhibits were designed by design firm Reich+Petch along with Lord Cultural Resources.

Che Kung Temple (Chinese: 車公廟; Cantonese Yale: Chēgūngmiuh) is a station on Hong Kong's Tuen Ma line. It is located on Che Kung Miu Road in Sha Tin in the New Territories. Its position was Sha Tin Tau Temporary Housing Area, so it was provisionally called "Sha Tin Tau" before the Ma On Shan line (the precursor to this section of the Tuen Ma line) opened.

Jat Min Chuen (Chinese: 乙明邨) is a public housing estate in Sha Tin Wai, Sha Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is the only estate in Sha Tin developed by the Hong Kong Housing Society. It consists of three residential buildings completed in 1981 and 1982.

Chun Shek Estate (Chinese: 秦石邨) is a public housing estate in Tai Wai, New Territories, Hong Kong near Che Kung Temple and Che Kung Temple station. It consists of four residential blocks completed in 1984.

Sha Tin Town Hall is a town hall at the town centre of the Sha Tin District in Hong Kong. It is located near Sha Tin station, Sha Tin Park and New Town Plaza. It is part of the podium complex which includes the Sha Tin Town Hall, Sha Tin Public Library and the Sha Tin Marriage Registry.The facility was formerly governed by the Regional Council but has been transferred to the jurisdiction of the Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

Lek Yuen Bridge (Chinese: 瀝源橋) is a pedestrian footbridge in Sha Tin New Town, New Territories, Hong Kong, across the Shing Mun River.The uncovered concrete footbridge was built in 1988. It is about 160 m in length with a structural area of about 1,000 m2.

Sha Tin Government Secondary School (STGSS; 沙田官立中學) is located in Sha Tin, Hong Kong. It was founded in September 1972 and has now become a full-fledged co-educational grammar school. There are 25 classes with an enrollment of approximately 840 students in the year 2022-23. The current principal is Ms.

Sha Tin Park, formerly known as Sha Tin Central Park, is a park at 2 Yuen Wo Road, Sha Tin, Hong Kong. It is situated along the Shing Mun River in the new town of Sha Tin, next to the New Town Plaza, Sha Tin Town Hall, and Sha Tin Public Library.The park occupies 8.05 hectares (19.89 acres) of land, and is managed by Leisure and Cultural Services Department.

Sha Tin, also spelt Shatin, is a neighbourhood along Shing Mun River in the eastern New Territories, Hong Kong. Administratively, it is part of the Sha Tin District. Sha Tin is one of the neighbourhoods of the Sha Tin New Town project.The new town was founded in 1973 under the New Towns Development Programme of the Hong Kong government.
