Knock Loop Walk

Starting in the shrine car park walk through the shrine and past the old church where the apparition took place. Head out of the shrine and walk all around the outskirts of the town and back into the shrine to end up back at the car park. During the peaceful walk one can visit the huge basilica built for the visit of Pope John Paul II I’m 1979, the museum of country life, the old church, the restaurant and tea rooms for refreshment. A pleasant and tranquil wander through landscaped grounds.
