Introduction
Memphis River Line is a 3.2 mile (7,500-step) route located near Memphis, Tennessee, USA. This route has an elevation gain of about 147.6 ft and is rated as easy. Find the best walking trails near you in Pacer App.
There are parts that are easy to walk and sections that may be a little challenging but you have options. There are at least 3-5 parks that make up the river line. I did find a small opening that leads to Tenn/Ark bridge walking path.

Tom Lee Park

Tom Lee Park is a city park located to the immediate west of downtown Memphis, Tennessee, overlooking the Mississippi River. Encompassing about 30 acres (12 ha) parallel to the Mississippi River for about one mile (1.6 km), it offers panoramic views of the Mississippi River and the shores of Arkansas on the opposite side.
