Linden Street Bridge

The Linden Street Bridge is a historic bridge on the Mass Central Rail Trail—Wayside and the abandoned Central Massachusetts Railroad over Linden Street (Massachusetts Route 60) in Waltham, Massachusetts. It is a riveted lattice through truss bridge, built in 1894 by the Pennsylvania Steel Company, and is one of only three such bridges left in the state.

The 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame house was built in 1845 for the noted clergyman (and later president of Harvard University) Thomas Hill. He was resident at the house while he served as minister of Waltham's First Parish, and for two other periods before his death in 1891.
