Starting at the Gold Creek trailhead (you need a Discovery Pass to park) take the trail south of the bathroom and sign. Along the steep trail, stay to the right. Always stay right. Go under or around the gate to get close to the top. Carefully explore at the top to find additional views. Follow the road back to the forest and then stay left as you return to the parking lot.
