Vom Tribschenquartier geht’s der Strasse entlang Richtung City. Beim Bundesplatz nimmst du den Weg Richtung Kriens und Horw. Du gelangst dann auf den schönen Helvetiaplatz mit seinen tollen Gartenrestaurants und Baren. Nach einem feinen Drink geht der Weg weiter Richtung Kriens. Du gelangst zur Hauptstrasse und nimmst den Weg links zur Paulskirche. Dort gehst du links an der Kirche vorbei Richtung Messe und Swissporarena bei der Allmend. Dort hat es einen schönen Fussweg durch Wald und Wiesen und es gibt ein paar idyllische Biotope. Nun folgst du der Strasse zur Waldegg und nach ein paar Hundert Metern bist du in Horw. Diese Route ist die Nachtvariante, ansonsten gibt es eine kürzere Route direkt durch den Wald.
