Citygate (Chinese: 東薈城) is a commercial complex at the town centre of Tung Chung, Lantau Island, Hong Kong. It comprises a shopping centre called Citygate Outlets, an office tower, and the Novotel Citygate hotel.When it first opened for business in 2000, the shopping centre component was simply known as Citygate.

HKFEW Wong Cho Bau Secondary School is an aided secondary school in Hong Kong. Founded in September 2003, the school is fully subsidized by Government of Hong Kong. Most subjects of the school are taught in Chinese. Situated in Fu Tung Estate, Tung Chung, New Territories, the grammar school had 65 teachers, as of 2016.

Tung Chung East (Chinese: 東涌東) is a proposed MTR station of Tung Chung Line at the east of Tung Chung, Lantau Island, New Territories, Hong Kong. This station will be on ground level, similar to Sunny Bay Station, so as to not affect the existing railway network.It has been proposed in the Tung Chung New Town Extension Study to serve a proposed new 120 hectare reclamation, along with a new Tung Chung West Station.

Ling Liang Church E Wun Secondary School (靈糧堂怡文中學) is a co-educational Chinese-language aided high school located in Tung Chung, Islands District, Hong Kong. It was founded in 2002, and is operated by the Bread of Life Church (Ling Liang Church) of Hong Kong.

Novotel Citygate Hong Kong (Chinese: 諾富特東薈城酒店) is a 4-star hotel in Hong Kong. It opened in April 2006, and is managed by AccorHotels. Novotel Citygate has 440 rooms including 14 suites from 26 to 45 square metres, 3 restaurants and a bar, a gym, an outdoor swimming pool and meeting facilities.The hotel is located near various attractions on Lantau Island, including the Citygate Outlets shopping centre, the AsiaWorld-Expo exhibition centre, the Ngong Ping Cable Car, Hong Kong Disneyland, SkyPlaza, SkyCity Nine Eagles Golf Course, and Tai O fishing village.

Tung Chung (Chinese: 東涌) is a station on the Tung Chung Line of the MTR rapid transport system in Hong Kong. As the western end of the Tung Chung Line, it is also a transfer point of those wishing to use the Ngong Ping Cable Car. As with all other MTR stations, Tung Chung has a unique colour scheme used throughout the station, in this case lavender.

North Lantau New Town, built on reclaimed land on the northern coast of the Lantau Island in the New Territories, Hong Kong, is the newest of the nine new towns in Hong Kong. It was planned to span the area between Tung Chung and Tai Ho but as of 2006, only Tung Chung has been developed, and a railway depot at Siu Ho Wan near Tai Ho constructed.

Po Leung Kuk Mrs. Ma Kam Ming-Cheung Fook Sien College (Chinese: 保良局馬錦明夫人章馥仙中學) is a full-time grammar school situated in Tung Chung, Lantau, Hong Kong, beside Fu Tung Estate. Dr. Ma Kam Ming, a Po Leung Kuk consultant, donated HK$5 million to finance the establishment of the school in 1997.Its New Wing was inaugurated officially in February, 2007 during the celebrations of the 10th anniversary of founding.
