Did a loop via Richardson Road at the break of dawn. This long road in the City of Newcastle Upon Tyne goes by Leazes Park, St James Park and a vast plot (open field) of cattle grazing field. Start at the beginning of Richardson Rd near NUFC. There is a pathway throughout the length before you actually have to cut across the field. Paved narrow trail in the field (well lighted during hours of darkness) will eventually lead you out of the field onto the road and back to where you started. A route that gives you that sense of space and mingling with nature.
