I left from my house in Barrhead.I passed Silverburn shopping centre.(I didn’t even think of going into any of the shops 🤗)Pleased with myself.I went on with a goal in mind it helped me to keep going.Now i want to do better than I did yesterday it’s helping me to keep competing against myself.
