조크 트레일 런 잔디 헤드

A lovely TrailRun outside Graskop on the edge of the escarpment, organized by a great bunch of enthusiastic locals, as part of the international ParkRun family. The First half km is a slight downhill, Then a steady almost 3 km climb through a rocky landscape, with beautiful views, if you dare take your eyes off the path. The finish is after almost 1km long downhill with a short (70m) little uphill to the timing tent where you are welcomed with ice cold Graskop spring water and lemonade. Every Saturday morning 07:00 in summer and 08:00 in winter.
