Promenade sur la rivière Memphis

Some of the neighborhoods have openings to the river parks from across the street. A bridge from one area goes across Riverside drive and into Ashbury Cooper park. From there you can descend down into Tom Lee Park and play basketball, skate, workout, tent bikes and scooters, and catch views of the Queen passing on the river. Go through the Beale Street landing where boats dock, and you may see a few fishermen; keep straight and you’ll end up in the river garden where there are kayak rentals, lots of sitting spaces, you can have a picnic. If you’re feeling froggy, you can move on to the Mud Island entrance or to Bass Pro Pyramid.
