Higgins Lake, MI

Start at either North State Park or South State Park and ride the perimeter of beautiful Higgins Lake. Using Pacer or GPS, take some of the lakefront side streets for spectacular lake views. Canteen in South Park but restroom facilities at both. Several restaurants and ice cream shops at both ends and on east side. Wide shoulders for bikers and north end has 1.5 mile paved path off main road. Colors in 1st 2 weeks of Oct are breathtaking.
