Pass by the scenic beaches, tavernas, the small port of Nea Makri, seagulls and albatross, palm and pine trees, beach bars, waves smashing into the boardwalk (if you get lucky), and much more. At the halfway mark, you can see a small church and the sanctuary of the Egyptian Gods archaeological site.
