My course is a 1/2 mile scenic walk with lots of trees and friendly people. After each 1/2 mile circuit I reverse direction, this giving me enough variety to make it not boring. Both up hills , down hills and flat areas to be challenging either direction. I am normally able to do the 2 1/2 mile brisk walk in 34 to 38 minutes consistently. I do 2 1/2 miles in the morning and then again in the evening. I enjoy the interaction with all my neighbors as I go by 👍❤️❤️😊
