蘭蘭-卡斯威爾海岸小徑

The route follows the coastal path from Langland beach to Caswell beach. The path is generally good. It is a little gravelly in parts and there are a few steps. Inclines are mostly gentle to moderate and there are several benches en-route. You can enjoy some great views of both bays and the path in one direction takes around 20 minutes at a moderate walking pace.
