Vacallo is a municipality in the district of Mendrisio in the canton of Ticino in Switzerland. It is the first (or last) village of the Valle di Muggio.

Maslianico (Comasco: Maslianigh [maˈzljaːnik]) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Como in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 45 kilometres (28 mi) north of Milan and about 5 kilometres (3 mi) northwest of Como, on the border with Switzerland. Maslianico borders the following municipalities: Cernobbio, Como, Vacallo (Switzerland).

Sagno is a former municipality in the district of Mendrisio in the canton of Ticino in Switzerland; it is now part of the new municipality of Breggia.On 25 October 2009 the municipalities of Bruzella, Cabbio, Caneggio, Morbio Superiore, Muggio, Sagno merged into Breggia.
