塔馬莫克山路

Brutal hike. All uphill

I like this hill because you can make it as hard as you want. Go up slow and enjoy the scenery or try and haul it up and down for time sake. Either way you will see some good sights and get a good workout no matter your pace.

This is great workout. I wish I could run but My leg is not made for that yet. It start to burn like crazy when I started run. I stopped.
