The Sinan Erdem Dome (Turkish: Sinan Erdem Spor Salonu), formerly known as the Ataköy Dome, is a multi-purpose indoor arena that is located in Ataköy, Bakırköy, Istanbul on the European side of Istanbul, Turkey.It has a seating capacity of 22,500 for concerts. For the sport of basketball, it has a seating capacity of 16,000, and for the sport of tennis, it has a seating capacity of 16,457 people, making it Turkey's largest multi-purpose indoor venue, and the third largest in Europe (although it is not the third largest in Europe in capacity for basketball use).

The quarter is densely populated, has a residential character and is inhabited by an upper middle class population. The municipality of Bakırköy is much larger than the quarter and also includes several other neighbourhoods, such as Yeşilköy, Yeşilyurt, Ataköy.

Ataköy is a quarter of Bakırköy district in Istanbul Province, Turkey. Ataköy Olympic Pool Stadium was an open-air swimming stadium in Istanbul, Turkey. The 1999 European Aquatics Championships were held in the 50 m pool. Alongside swimming, aquatic sports included diving, synchronised swimming and open water swimming.

Ahmet Cömert Sport Hall (Turkish: Ahmet Cömert Spor Salonu) is a multi-purpose indoor sport venue located in Ataköy neighborhood of Bakırköy district in Istanbul, Turkey. The hall, with a capacity for 3,500 people, was built in 1998 within the Olympic complex. The venue has a parking lot capable of 150 cars.

Ataköy—Şirinevler is a station on the M1 line of the Istanbul Metro in Bakırköy, Istanbul. Connection to the Istanbul Metrobus is available.Ataköy—Şirinevler was opened on 25 July 1995.
