Wandsworth Common

Wandsworth Common is a public common in Wandsworth, in the London Borough of Wandsworth, south London. It is 69.43 hectares (171.6 acres) and is maintained and regulated by Wandsworth Council. It is also a Ward of the London Borough of Wandsworth. The population of the ward at the 2011 Census was 15,247.

The Royal Victoria Patriotic Building is a large Victorian building in a "gothic" style combining Scottish Baronial and French Châteauesque. It is located off Trinity Road in Wandsworth, London. It was built in 1859 as the Royal Victoria Patriotic School, by popular subscription as an asylum for girls orphaned during the Crimean War.

Northcote Road is a shopping street In Battersea, south London, which stretches over half a mile. It is close to Clapham Junction station.It is the epicentre of the so-called 'Nappy Valley', named because of the young, affluent and productive demographic and also because the road lies over a culverted stream (the Falconbrook) giving it a low-lying position between the two commons of Wandsworth and Clapham (rising to the west and east respectively).

Northcote Lodge School is an independent preparatory school for boys aged 8–13 in Wandsworth Common, South London. The school is owned by Malcolm and Katharine Colquhoun. The school's premises at 26 Bolingbroke Grove are the former location of Linden Lodge School for the Blind. Northcote Lodge is part of Northwood Schools, the family of schools comprising Broomwood Hall Lower School (boys and girls 4-8), Broomwood Hall Upper School (girls 8-13) and Northwood Senior (co-ed, 11-16) which opens in September 2020 at Garrad's Road, Streatham, SW16 on the site of what is currently one of the pre-prep departments of Broomwood Hall Lower School.

Northcote Road Antique Market is a large indoor market located at 155a Northcote Road, Battersea in London, England. It houses over thirty dealers selling antiques, vintage, retro, and collectables.The shop opened in 1986. In 2009, it was listed as one of the best 50 markets to visit by The Independent.
