I recently hiked this trail early in the morning and had a wonderful experience overall. The trail was bustling with hikers, which added a lively atmosphere, but there were a few sections that were quite dark. I found those parts a bit unsettling, particularly for women hiking alone, even though there were enough people around to feel relatively safe.
