Underbridge Dog Run is a dog run named after the pedestrian bridge connecting it to the adjacent Flushing Meadows–Corona Park, the fourth-largest city-operated park in New York City and site of the 1939-40 and 1964-65 World’s Fairs. The park is located on Grand Central Parkway between 64th Avenue and 64th Road.

Forest Hills High School (FHHS) is a high school in the Forest Hills, Queens, New York City. Dedicated in 1937, it educates students in grades 9–12 and is operated by the New York City Department of Education. Mount Hebron is a Jewish cemetery located in Flushing, Queens, New York City. It was founded in 1903 as the Jewish section of Cedar Grove Cemetery, and occupies the vast majority of the grounds at Cedar Grove. The cemetery is on the former Spring Hill estate of colonial governor Cadwallader Colden. It is noted for its Yiddish theater section.

The Self-Transcendence 6- & 10- day race are two concurrently multiday running events at the Corona Park, borough Queens in New York City. The course is one mile (1.6 km) long. They are held annually in April and organized by the Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team.

The Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival in New York is an annual sporting and multicultural event held in August on Meadow Lake in Flushing Meadows–Corona Park in Queens, New York to celebrate the fifth moon (or the fifth month) of the lunar calendar. In addition to providing audiences with traditional Chinese foods and performances, the festival, now in its 18th year, hosts over 150 dragon boat teams from across North America, making it one of the largest dragon boat festivals in the United States.

Cedar Grove Cemetery is a nonsectarian cemetery in Flushing, Queens, New York. The cemetery occupies the former Spring Hill estate of colonial governor Cadwallader Colden.
