It’s equipped with a track with inside the trail of the river if you want to just do a few miles without walking the entire trail.Its a beautiful destination to exercise anytime of the year,especially during rowing season and you can see the sky scrapers of Philadelphia from the river it’s 3.8 miles once around.I train here daily
