Start at Kilteragh, walk/run down Fr. Russell Rd to Mungret Park. Circle the park, then head right up to raheen roundabout. Take a left then right at the church. Continue straight then turn left before Ballycummin onto Churchill Meadows. Go straight until you come back on to Dooradoyle rd. Take a left and go straight until you reach your starting point at Kilteragh. This route is almost 10k. Enjoy!
