Head east on hi-way 1 and exit at Prest Road following the signs to Mt Thom. You can start half a kilometre down or head further up and start at another set of stairs. The trail is a series of switch backs with views of the valley from Abbotsford and Mission and at the top the other side Cultus Lake. Be prepared for ups and downs for about 2 hours round trip.
