Long and Winding. Avoid the pedestrian path stick to the bike path. Two calisthenic gyms (one with climbing rope). Three beaches. Least busy at night and lunch time on weekdays. Weekends are packed. Large outdoor pool on the path (Sunnyside). Al Capones restaurant on the bike path has drinks if you forget to carry (and food if give if you give in to temptation lol). Avoid the pizza pizza on the bike path its way to over priced( a large is 6 slices).
