DeltaPark in Johanesburg, a not-terribly-challenging route, starts on a relatively flat grassy path near the Environmental center. A downhill section with some gravel leads to an uphill of varying degrees over the next almost 3km, followed by a nice 400m downhill for some speed work, and ends on the same flatish section you started on, in the opposite direction.
