For those looking for a more intense run within this region, this is one to consider. The full length of Sir Isaac John Road, part of Bank Anthony and the BRT Bus lane all the way to Anthony form the highlight of this track. There is a massive drop in altitude under the bridge on Ikorodu Road (after Maryland and before Ojota) followed by an equally steep rise back to level ground. Recommended only for early morning runs/walks as vehicular and human traffic could pose a threat once Lagos is fully awake.
