I started off by walking the curves and running the straight away on the 1st lap. Next I ran up the first set of stairs of the concrete bleachers and walked to the next set and ran down them, then walked to the next set and did the same thing. So being that there are 8 sets of stairs, I ran up 4 sets, and ran down 4 of them. And for the 2nd lap I did the same as first, I ran the straight aways and walked the curve. Ran up and down stairs again. For 3rd lap I did the reverse, I walked the straight aways and ran the curves. Did another set of the stairs, followed by a 4th lap of walking straight aways and running the curves. Finished with a last set of stairs and a 5th lap of walking the straight aways and running the curves.
