Walk down through bowring park to the tennis courts and go right onto south brook trail for 1.4km. Wooded walking area, few boardwalks and stairs. Takes you next to the highway. Not stroller friendly but is kid friendly for kids who are old enough to walk. Dog friendly. Walk is a loop. 3-3.5km walk in total.
