The Racecourse (also known as Racecourse or Racecourse Park) is an open space park situated in the centre of Northampton. The park is surrounded by the Mounts, Kingsley and Semilong estates. Due to the historical links of the Racecourse to Northampton's history, it remains one of the town's famous landmarks.

Malcolm Arnold Academy is a mixed-gender Academy in Northampton, England, for pupils aged 11 – 18. It was established in 2010 following the closure of the Unity College in July of that year, and opened for year 7 and ages 16+ on 3 September 2010, and for other years on 6 September. The academy, which begins as an entirely new school, occupies the campus of the former Unity College and has the capacity for 1,450 pupils.

The Clare Street drill hall is a military installation in Northampton, Northamptonshire. It is a Grade II listed building.

Northamptonshire, England, has a music and performing arts service to provide instrumental music lessons in local schools. Its services are available to around 13,000 school children. In July the music service was given an Outstanding level through MSEP evaluation. The service supports fifteen Saturday morning music centres and many music and drama groups, all within Northamptonshire.

Racecourse Ground Promenade was a cricket ground in Northampton, Northamptonshire, situated within what was Northampton Racecourse. The first recorded match on the ground was in 1844, when the Gentlemen of the North played the Gentlemen of the South. The ground held its only first-class match in 1872 when a United North of England Eleven played a United South of England Eleven.
