Busse Woods Walk

You can start your route either off Arlington Heights Rd. Or off of Higgins Rd. Flat asphalt good for biking, roller blading, running, and walking. There are public restrooms, water fountains but only by restroom areas, and trash cans. Very nice and scenic routes that can take you a good 2 hours. You can see the Elks behind a fence by Arlington Heights and Higgins Rd. There are a few lakes good for fishing and boating. Designated grilling areas all around. Beware of wildlife like coyotes and foxes once’s it starts to get dark. There’s also a couple of bridges that will take you across Higgins Rd which is a very busy road.
