Segre River Park

La Llotja de Lleida is a theatre and congress centre in Lleida (Catalonia, Spain). It opened its doors in January 2010, and is owned by the city council. Giuseppe Verdi's Il Trovatore premiered there on 21 January that year. Its two congress halls, called A and B, have capacity for 400 and 200 people, while the main auditory, Sala Ricard Viñes, has 1000 seats.

Pardinyes (Catalan name; occasionally and originally, Pardiñas, in Spanish) is a neighbourhood in Lleida (Catalonia, Spain). It is a 1920s to mid-20th century urban development grown out of new architecture built on former agricultural land between Balàfia and the River Segre. It was originally divided in Pardinyes Baixes and Pardinyes Altes, divided by the railroad tracks with the station Lleida Pirineus in the vicinity.

CaixaForum Lleida is a museum, cinema and art centre in Lleida (Catalonia, Spain). It is a private entity set up and funded by La Caixa, a savings bank based in Barcelona and part of the CaixaForum network of cultural centres. It's located in 3 Avinguda de Blondel and Avinguda de Madrid, in the building popularly known as Montepío after the bank's former name, or "the silver cup" (la tasseta de plata), on the site of a former cinema called Cine Vinyes.

Cappont (Catalan pronunciation: [ˌkapˈpɔn], often spelled Cap-Pont) is a neighbourhood in Lleida, Catalonia, Spain.It stretches along the eastern bank of the Segre river. Cappont contains the city's largest park, the Camps Elisis, and a University of Lleida campus. The district had 11,612 inhabitants as of 2008.

Sant Llorenç (Saint Lawrence) is a Romanesque church in Lleida (Catalonia, Spain) dating from the late 12th century, with Gothic additions from the 15th century. The initial architects of the church were Pere de Coma, the master of works who in charge of La Seu Vella, the old cathedral of Lleida. It has a nave and two aisles, built with the same height, and three apses; the nave is in the Romanesque style, whereas the aisles are Gothic, as is the octagonal bell tower.

Avinguda de Catalunya (Catalan for Avenue of Catalonia) is a thoroughfare in the city of Lleida, Spain. On one end it is a prolongation of Rambla d'Aragó while on the other it meets Plaça d'Espanya and the river Segre. An extension into the Cappont neighbourhood, on the other side of the river, through the Pont de la Universitat, is underway.

The Museu d'Art Jaume Morera (Jaume Morera Art Museum) is a museum in Lleida (Catalonia) created by the Diputació de Lleida and the Lleida City Council (La Paeria) with the collaboration of the painter Jaume Morera i Galícia. It is the museum of modern and contemporary art of the city of Lleida. Today is municipally owned and receives financial support from the Diputació de Lleida and the Department of Culture of the Generalitat of Catalonia.

In the Siege of Lérida from 29 April to 13 May 1810, an Imperial French army under Louis Gabriel Suchet besieged a Spanish garrison led by Jaime García Conde. On 13 May, García Conde surrendered with his 7,000 surviving soldiers. Lleida (Lérida) is a city in the western part of Catalonia. Margalef is located on Route N-240 about 10 kilometres (6 mi) southeast of Lérida.
