Zhongzheng Park

The Chung Cheng Park (Chinese: 中正公園; pinyin: Zhōngzhèng Gōngyuán) is a park located in Xinyi District and Zhongzheng District of Keelung City, Taiwan.The 25-meter statue of the goddess Guanyin on top of Chung Cheng park is the biggest goddess statue in Southeast Asia and is one of the most scenic spots in Keelung city.

The Keelung City Council or Keelung Municipal Council (KMC; Chinese: 基隆市議會; pinyin: Jīlóng Shì Yìhuì) is the elected city council of Keelung City, Republic of China. The council composes of 32 councilors lastly elected through the 2018 Republic of China local election on 24 November 2018.

Ershawan Battery (Chinese: 二沙灣砲臺), or better known as Tenable Gate of the Sea (Chinese: 海門天險; Wade–Giles: hai-men-tien-hsien) is a battery emplacements camp in Zhongzheng District, Keelung, Taiwan. It was built during Taiwan's Qing era, and was the site of combat between the French and Chinese forces during the Sino-French War.
