A challenging loop hike of about 8.5 miles with a spectacular panoramic view from 9,114 feet as a reward at the end. The terrain is rocky and gravelly, and the ascent is over 2,700 feet when starting from the cable-car parking lot at Passo Falzarego. This mountain has interesting World War I history, and you can see the ruins, bunkers, tunnels, and caves along the way. Near the top, you will arrive at the Rifugio Lagazuoi where you can rest and eat. But do continue on because the summit is just 10 minutes farther on reasonably flat trails and the view is incredible, especially on a clear day.
