Koeln Beuelsweg

Nippes (German: Köln-Nippes, Ripuarian: Neppes [ˈne²pəs]) is the fifth city district (Stadtbezirk) of Cologne, Germany. Nippes was incorporated into the city of Cologne in 1888 and the district was created in 1975. A large Ford Europe production plant is located in Niehl, the north-eastern part of the district.

The station lies on the Neusser Straße at the place where the Cologne Belt road (Gürtel) would have intersected it, if this section of it had been built. Even though the street was never built, the station carries the street name in its name.
