Bundang Tancheon

Bundang-gu is the largest and most populous district (gu) of Seongnam, a major city in the Seoul Capital Area, South Korea. Bundang-gu is one of South Korea's wealthiest and highest developed areas, being the nation's first and largest completely artificial city built in the early 1990s. Many high-rise luxury condos moved in the early 2000s, with a second planned city built in the late 2000s called Pangyo in the same district.

Jeongja (formerly Baekgung Station) is a station on the Bundang Line and the Shinbundang Line, an express subway in South Korea.It was the southern terminus of the Shinbundang Line, between October 2011 and January 2016, when the Shinbundang Line extended to Gwanggyo Station. However, it still exists as a divide in terms of fare since riders need to pay an extra charge of 300 won (on top of the 900 won charge of using the Shinbundang Line) when crossing this station, due to the owners of Phase 1 and 2 being different.

Sunae Station is a subway station on the Bundang Line between Seohyeon Station and Jeongja Station. Its substation name is Korea Job World. At the time of operate Bundang Line in 1994, this station was called Chorim Station.

Seohyeon Station is a subway station on the Bundang Line in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. The line connects to Seoul. The area around this station is popular among young people, with lots of bars, restaurants, movie theaters, hagwon, offices, etc. AK Plaza (previously Samsung Plaza) and Bundang Jesaeng Hospital are also in this area.

Samsung Plaza (hangul:삼성플라자), renamed as AK Plaza Bundang Store on March 2 2009, is a shopping mall located in Seohyeon-dong, Bundang, Seongnam-si, South Korea. The building is 98m or about 32 stories tall.Samsung Corporation (hangul:삼성물산) opened Samsung Plaza Store No. 1, a multi-functional shopping center.
