The 1200 Landmark Center is a 255 ft (78 m), 15-story skyscraper at the corner of South 13th and Farnam Streets in Downtown Omaha, Nebraska, United States. As of 2015, the building is formerly home to the Omaha operations of Pacific Life.

The Episcopal Diocese of Nebraska is the diocese of the Episcopal Church in the United States of America with jurisdiction over the state of Nebraska, except for two congregations which are in the Santee Mission of the Episcopal Diocese of South Dakota. It is in Province VI. Its cathedral, Trinity Episcopal Cathedral, is in Omaha, as are the diocese's offices.

The Burlington Headquarters Building, also called Burlington Place, is located at 1004 Farnam Street in Downtown Omaha, Nebraska. This four-story brick building was originally designed by Alfred R. Dufrene and built in 1879 next to Jobbers Canyon. It was redesigned by noted Omaha architect Thomas R. Kimball in 1899, and vacated by the railroad in 1966.

The Broatch Building is located at 1209 Harney Street in Downtown Omaha, Nebraska. Built in 1880 with an 1887 expansion, it was designated an Omaha Landmark on December 20, 1983 and is a contributing building to the Old Market Historic District, which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1981.

The Douglas House was the second hotel in Omaha, Nebraska. Located in present-day Downtown Omaha on the southwest corner of 13th and Harney Streets, the hotel housed influential politicians, speculators, and the first court trial in the Nebraska Territory. A two-story frame structure, it supplemented the earlier St.

The Berkeley Apartments is a historic three-story apartment building in Omaha, Nebraska. It was built by O.F. Nelson in 1915, and designed in an eclectic style with Prairie School features by H. D. Frankfurt. By the 1990s, it was "one of the finest surviving examples" of buildings designed by Frankfurt.

The John Gottschalk Freedom Center is a newspaper production facility located at 14th Street and Capitol Avenue in Downtown Omaha, Nebraska. Built for the Omaha World-Herald, the building is considered to be one of the most automated and technologically advanced newspaper facilities in the world. The Freedom Center has been labeled a "catalyst" in the redevelopment of Downtown Omaha, along with such other new downtown development as the opening of the Missouri riverfront, the First National Center, the Omaha Convention Center and Arena and the Gallup University campus.

The Northwestern Bell Telephone Company Regional Headquarters building in Omaha, Nebraska was built in 1957 as the headquarters of Northwestern Bell, the telephone company that served Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, Minnesota, and North Dakota. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009 for its architectural significance as a modern corporate office building in Omaha, as well as Omaha's status as a regional center of communication and commerce at the time.

The Omaha Bolt, Nut and Screw Building is a warehouse building at 1316 Jones Street in Omaha, Nebraska, that was built in 1889. It was designed by architect Henry Voss for the Omaha Bolt, Nut & Screw Company, a hardware distributor based in Omaha. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992 as part of a multiple property submission with other warehouses in Omaha that were part of an economically important "wholesale jobbing" industry that sprang up, taking advantage of Omaha's location and transportation links.

The original Omaha Public Library building was built in 1891 at 1823 Harney Street in downtown Omaha, Nebraska by renowned architect Thomas Kimball. Designed in the Second Renaissance Revival style, the building was designated an Omaha Landmark in October 1978, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places that same year.
