Heydar Aliyev Palace (Azeri: Heydər Əliyev Adına Saray, also known as Baku Palace, formerly Republic Palace (Respublika Sarayı) and during the Soviet era known as Lenin Palace (Лeнин aдынa) is the main music venue of Baku, Azerbaijan, seating 2,500 people. The palace was renamed after the death of Azerbaijani President Heydar Aliyev in 2003.

Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (ASUCA; Azerbaijani: Azərbaycan Dövlət Mədəniyyət və İncəsənət Universiteti) was founded in 1923 on the basis of the Baku Theatrical College. It is Azerbaijan's main state-funded institution of higher education in performing arts.

Sovetsky (Azerbaijani: Sovetski, Russian: Советская) is a historic district in Baku, Azerbaijan. It is located in Yasamal raion, between Nariman Narimanov Avenue (former Sovetsky Avenue) and Mirza Ibrahimov Street, and between Nizami and Ibrahim Abilov streets. There are a lot of historical buildings with the age more than 100 years, museums, mosques, baths and houses of notable Azerbaijanis.

Synagogue of the Ashkenazi Jews in Baku is a synagogue in Baku. It is located in the center of the city.

Uzeyir Hajibeyov's House Museum is the house in which the famous Azerbaijani composer Uzeyir Hajibeyov lived, located on Shamil Azizbekov Street near the Nizami metro station. The museum was created to perpetuate and propagate the life and work of composer Uzeyir Hajibeyov. The Memorial Museum is under the control of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Taza Pir Mosque (also Tazapir, Teze Pir, Teze-Pir, Tezepir) is a mosque in Baku, Azerbaijan. Its construction began in 1905 and was finished by 1914. The idea for the mosque as well as its financing was provided by an Azeri philanthropist, a female, Nabat Khanum Ashurbeyov (Ashurbeyli)

Nizami Ganjavi is a Baku Metro station. It opened up on 31 December 1976. It is named after Nizami Ganjavi.
