City University of Hong Kong (CityU) is a public research university in Kowloon, Hong Kong. It was founded in 1984 as City Polytechnic of Hong Kong and became a fully accredited university in 1994. Beacon Hill Tunnel is a railway tunnel in Hong Kong on the original Kowloon-Canton Railway, linking Kowloon Tong to its immediate south and Sha Tin to its north. Today, the tunnel carries the MTR East Rail Line metro service and through trains to Mainland China.
