Forcalquier (French pronunciation: ​[fɔʁ.kal.kje]; Occitan: Forcauquier, pronounced [fuɾkɔwˈkje]) is a commune in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence department in southeastern France.Forcalquier is located between the Lure and Luberon mountain ranges, about 30 km (19 mi) south of Sisteron and 10 km (6.2 mi) west of the Durance river.

Forcalquier Cathedral (Concathédrale Notre-Dame-du-Bourguet de Forcalquier) is a Roman Catholic cathedral, and a national monument of France, located in the town of Forcalquier, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.Erected in the 12th century, the cathedral of Forcalquier was a second seat of the Bishop of Sisteron, and for that reason is referred to as a co-cathedral.

The arrondissement of Forcalquier is an arrondissement of France in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. Since the January 2017 reorganization of the arrondissements of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, it has 97 communes.
