Albert Embankment is part of the river bank on the south side of the River Thames in Central London. It stretches approximately one mile (1.6 km) northward from Vauxhall Bridge to Westminster Bridge, and is located in the London Borough of Lambeth.

Battersea Dogs & Cats Home (previously Battersea Dogs Home) is an animal shelter that rescues cats and dogs in need of help and nurtures them until an owner or a new home can be found. It was established in Holloway, London in 1860 and moved to Battersea in 1871.The organisation holds an average of 260 dogs and 220 cats at any given time and has over its history helped more than 3 million dogs and cats.

Brunswick House is a large Georgian mansion in Vauxhall, in the London borough of Lambeth.Brunswick House dates back to the mid seventeenth century (the vaulted cellar still gives an idea of its size). The house was extended in 1758 on freehold land owned by the Dawson family, purchased by Richard Dawson in 1737.

Imperial Chemical House is a Grade II listed building situated on Millbank, London, England, near the west end of Lambeth Bridge. It was designed by Sir Frank Baines in the neoclassical style of the inter-war years, and constructed between 1927 and 1929 as the headquarters for the newly created Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI).
