Issaquah Highlands is a planned community and mixed-use neighborhood in Issaquah, a suburb of Seattle, Washington, United States. The neighborhood, located northeast of downtown Issaquah at Grand Ridge on the Sammamish Plateau, was planned in the New Urbanism style and opened in 1998 after a decade of planning and construction.

High Point is an unincorporated community in King County, in the U.S. state of Washington.High Point, on the eastern fringe of Issaquah, is named for its location at the highest point on a railroad grade. Once the location of a significant lumber mill and railway station , it is now only a small collection of houses on large lots along I-90 at the "High Point Way" exit, and a Tiger Mountain trailhead.

Preston is an unincorporated and exurban community located 22 miles (35 km) east of Seattle in King County, Washington, United States. It was named after railway official William T.
