Shariati Garden

The Hosseinieh Ershad or Hosseiniyeh Ershad (Persian: حسینیه ارشاد‎) is a non-traditionalist religious institute established by Nasser Minachi in Tehran, Iran. It was closed for a time by the Pahlavi government in 1972. The institute is housed in a large, domed hall, and is used for lectures on history, culture, society, and religion.

Darrous is a neighborhood in Shemiran, northern Tehran, Iran. It is considered one of the most affluent areas in the city, as many modern and fashionable families reside there. Darrous is bounded by Pasdaran, Gholhak, Doulat, and Ekhtiyarieh.Haj Mehdi Gholi Khan Hedayat (Mokhber-ol Saltaneh), a renowned aristocrat of the late Qajar period, was the main land owner in this area prior to 1950s, which at that time consisted of expansive gardens and farms.

Borj-e Sefid is a building in Pasdaran, in Tehran, Iran.The Borj-e Sefid (meaning "White Tower" in English) is a high-rise building built along Pasdaran Ave. within which is contained a shopping center as well as many offices. The building has cemented Pasdaran's status as an upscale suburb of Tehran, raising the area's profile and spurring a series of developments in the surrounding areas.

The Qoba Mosque (known also as Ghoba Mosque) is a Mosque in Tehran, with a view of the Alborz Mountains to the north. It is located on Ghoba (Qoba) Street between Negin Street and Khushak Street.The mosque was closed by the Shah in 1975 because of Mohammad Mofatteh's political teachings.Responding to Mir Hossein Mousavi's appeal, Iranian government legally approved a Sunday June 28, 2009, (or Tir 7th 1388 Anno Persico) peaceful prayer gathering at 6pm mourning those killed during the 2009 post-election clashes at the Qoba Mosque (or Ghoba Mosque) on Ghoba Alley [1] (North of Hosseinie Ershad Mosque on Doktor Ali-ye Shariati) in Tehran.

Pasdaran (Persian: پاسداران) is a neighborhood of northern Tehran centered on Pasdaran Avenue. This avenue connects Niavaran avenue (from the north) to Shariati avenue (in the south). It is about 8–9 km long and is a major commercial thoroughfare for northern Tehran together with northern parts of two other long streets: Valiasr Street and Shariati Street.

Doctor Shariati Metro Station is a station in Tehran Metro Line 1. It is located in Shariati Street. It is between Mirdamad Metro Station and Gholhak Metro Station. It was opened on 19 May 2009.
