Ostankino Tower (Russian: Останкинская телебашня, Ostankinskaya telebashnya) is a television and radio tower in Moscow, Russia, owned by the Moscow branch of unitary enterprise Russian TV and Radio Broadcasting Network. Standing 540.1 metres (1,772 ft), Ostankino was designed by Nikolai Nikitin. It is currently the tallest free-standing structure in Europe and 11th tallest in the world.

Ostankino Palace is a former summer residence and private opera theatre of Sheremetev family, originally situated several kilometres to the north from Moscow but now a part of the North-Eastern Administrative Okrug of Moscow. Extant historical Ostankino includes the main wooden palace, built in 1792-1798 around a theater hall, with adjacent Egyptian and Italian pavilions, a 17th-century Trinity church, and fragments of the old Ostankino park with a replica of Milovzor folly.

October 50th Anniversary Ostankino Technical Center (Russian: Телевизионный технический центр Оста́нкино им. 50-летия Октября) is a television studio and technical center in Moscow, Russia. The center provides ongoing technical support to multiple broadcasters in the country.The thirteen story building of the Ostankino television complex is constructed of glass and concrete.

The VDNKh weather station is the principal weather station in Moscow, Russia. It opened in 1948 on the grounds of the All-Russia Exhibition Centre. VDNH exhibition center and Ostankino Tower, the tallest structure in Europe, are located in Ostankinsky. The district is served by Moscow Monorail.

Teletsentr (Russian: Телецентр) is a station of the Moscow Monorail. It is located in the Ostankinsky District of the North-Eastern Administrative Okrug of Moscow. The station is called after the Ostankino Technical Center (Телецентр «Останкино») which is located nearby together with Ostankino Tower.
