The Consulate General of United States, Guangzhou (Chinese: 美国驻广州总领事馆) is one of seven American diplomatic and consular posts set up in the China. It is one of America's earliest diplomatic posts in the Far East. The consulate serves the South China region, covering the provinces of Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan and Fujian, an area which, according to the latest census in 2010, has a population of nearly 200 million.

Haixinsha Island (Chinese: 海心沙) is an island in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. It is located to the south of Zhujiang New Town, newly developed CBD of the city, to the north of Canton Tower and to the east of Er Sha Island.The island had been used as garrison and warehouses of the People's Liberation Army until the local government decided it was to be redeveloped and used as the venue of the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2010 Asian Games.

Ersha Island or Jisa Island, formerly Napier Island in English, is an island in the Yuexiu District of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. It houses the American International School of Guangzhou elementary school campus, several apartment complexes, a badminton stadium, and a government sports training facility.

The R&F Centre is a 54-storey 243 m (797 ft) office skyscraper, designed by Aedas, on Huaxia Road in Tianhe District of Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. The glass and steel tower is modeled after a jade vase. Construction began in 2005 and it was completed in 2007.The R&F Centre is the headquarters of R&F Properties, a Guangzhou-based developer.

Wuyangcun Station (Chinese: 五羊邨站), formerly Wuyang New Town Station (五羊新城站) during planning, is a station on Line 5 of the Guangzhou Metro. It is located under the junction of Siyou New Road (寺右新马路) and Guangzhou Avenue (广州大道), in Wuyang New Town, Yuexiu District. It opened on 28 December 2009.
