Beseelt von der Idee mir das Gellertbad anzuschauen habe ich mich vom Fussgängernavi meines Handys durch den Stadtteil Pest nach Buda führen lassen. Von dort aus ging es am Budaufer der Donau entlang vorbei an der Elisabethbrücke über ein Volksfest mit Marktständen und Bühne über Dir Kettenbrücke, die älteste Brücke Budapests bis auf die Marieninsel wo ich mir bei 30 Grad im Schatten ein leckeres ,Dreherbier‘ gönnte. Der Rest der Tour war der schon gewohnte Heimweg zum Hotel 🏨 nur auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite - auch wenn nicht jeden Sonntag in Buda Volksfest ist lohnt sich diese Tour im Quadrat um die Donau...
