Poukeepsie Waterfront

The Poughkeepsie station is a Metro-North Railroad and Amtrak stop serving the city of Poughkeepsie, New York. The station is the northern terminus of Metro-North's Hudson Line, and an intermediate stop for Amtrak's several Empire Corridor trains. Hudson Line trains leave for New York every hour on weekdays, and about every 25 minutes during rush hour.

The Fall Kill is a creek in Dutchess County, New York, United States. The stream is approximately 38 miles (61 km) long, and joins the Hudson River in the city of Poughkeepsie.

The former Innis Dye Works factory is located along North Water Street in Poughkeepsie, New York, United States, on a triangular lot between the street, Fall Kill and the railroad tracks of the Metro-North Hudson Line, just across from the Mid-Hudson Children's Museum. It has served a variety of industrial functions, and remains in good condition today.
