The Attack on Orleans was a naval and air action during World War I on 21 July 1918 when a German submarine fired on the town of Orleans, Massachusetts on the eastern coast of the Cape Cod peninsula, and on some nearby merchant vessels.

The Bridge Road Cemetery is an historic cemetery on Bridge Road in Eastham, Massachusetts. It is a roughly 1.4-acre (0.57 ha) rectangular parcel on the west side of Bridge Road. The cemetery was established in 1720, and marks the location of the town's second meeting house. It was the second cemetery established in the town, after the Cove Burying Ground.

The Collins Cottages Historic District is a historic district encompassing a summer cottage resort in southern Eastham, Massachusetts. It consists of a group of small cottages built by Lewis and Bernard Collins in 1928-29 on a parcel of land on the shore of Town Cove, and were typical of a type of accommodation offered to tourists of the time.

Eastham railroad station in Eastham, Massachusetts was built by the Old Colony Railroad around 1870 when the rail line was extended from Orleans to Wellfleet. Passenger service to this station ended in 1941 when the New Haven Railroad discontinued scheduled service between Yarmouth and Provincetown.

Jeremiah's Gutter was a canal located on the border of Orleans and Eastham, Massachusetts, the first canal to cut across the peninsula of Cape Cod. It connected Cape Cod Bay in the west to the Atlantic Ocean in the east. It was active for over 100 years, although it gradually fell out of use and was replaced by the Cape Cod Canal.

The Old Town Center Historic District is a historic district roughly along Locust Public Rd. and Salt Pond Road in Eastham, Massachusetts. The district encompasses Eastham's original town center, with a cluster of well-preserved 18th- and 19th-century buildings. The area served as the town's civic center due to its proximity to Salt Pond, which provided access to the Atlantic Ocean, and was a major transportation route.
