HMS Nairana () was a passenger ferry that was requisitioned by the Royal Navy (RN) as a seaplane carrier in 1917. She was laid down in Scotland in 1914 as TSS Nairana for the Australian shipping line Huddart Parker, but construction was suspended after the outbreak of the First World War. Following resumption of work, the ship was launched in 1915, and converted to operate wheeled aircraft from her forward flying-off deck, as well as floatplanes that were lowered into the water.

Princes Pier is a 580 metre long historic pier on Port Phillip, in Port Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It was known as the New Railway Pier until renamed Prince's Pier after the Prince of Wales (later Edward VIII) who visited Melbourne in May 1920.

Station Pier is a historic Australian pier on Port Phillip, in Port Melbourne, Victoria. Opened in 1854, the pier is Melbourne's primary passenger terminal, servicing interstate ferries and cruise ships, and is listed on the Victorian Heritage Register.

Albert Park College is a public, co-educational high school located in Albert Park, Victoria, Australia. In 2018, the school had 1036 enrolments and 79 teaching staff. Construction of the new school was completed in late 2010 and it opened in February 2011. The school opened with Year 7 and expects to grow to full capacity over the next 6 years, including general and "select entry" enrolments.

At the 2016 Census, Middle Park had a population of 4,143.It is located between Port Phillip and Albert Park Lake, which is about halfway across the western side of the Albert Park Reserve (a state park), hence the name "Middle" Park.

Port Melbourne is a railway station in the Melbourne suburb of the same name located on the former Port Melbourne line, the first significant railway in Australia.The station was opened in 1854 to carry passengers arriving at Station Pier to Flinders Street station. The railway line was closed in 1987 to be converted to light rail, currently route 109.
