Chartres Cathedral, also known as the Cathedral of Our Lady of Chartres (French: Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Chartres), is a Roman Catholic church in Chartres, France, about 80 km (50 miles) southwest of Paris and is the seat of the Diocese of Chartres. Mostly constructed between 1194 and 1220, it stands at the site of at least five cathedrals that have occupied the site since Chartres became a bishopric in the 4th century.

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Chartres (Latin: Dioecesis Carnutensis; French: Diocèse de Chartres) is a Roman Catholic Latin Rite diocese in France.The diocese is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Tours.

The Château de Bonnefontaine is a château in the commune of Antrain, Ille-et-Vilaine, France. It dates to the second quarter of the 16th century. Noted for its elegant turrets and tall windows, it became a monument historique on 16 September 1943. The park was laid out by Denis Bühler and Édouard André.

The Abbey of Saint-Père-en-Vallée was a monastery just outside Chartres in France. Founded by Queen Balthild in the seventh century, it adopted the Benedictine rule in 954 and joined the Congregation of Saint-Maur in 1650. It was closed with all other monasteries during the French Revolution in 1790.
